All of our pillows pillows contain Triple Cleaned organically grown buckwheat husk, without the use of chemicals and pesticides. Our Organic Collection comes with our own manufacturers warranty.

Payment
We offer secure online credit card payments through Paypal, as well as direct bank deposit options. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payments clearing.

Delivery
All New Zealand orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment, then dispatched via
Fastway.

International Delivery
Please contact us for international shipping prices as discounts may apply on multiple purchases.

Re-useable Packaging
All of our Organic pillows come wrapped in our beautiful reusable 100% natural packaging, so no further gift wrapping is necessary. This helps us keep aligned with our philosophy of reduce, reuse and recycle, minimising waste and respecting our earth.

Care
To increase the lifespan of your Pure Earth products we ask that you read the care labels before use. We recommend laundering in cold water and using eco friendly products to keep your fabrics and our earth pure.

Guarantees and Returns
At Pure Earth all of our products are made to a high quality standard with premium materials and are inspected prior to dispatch. Under our 2 year Manufacturers Warranty our products are covered if deemed faulty materials or workmanship. If for some reason you find a fault with your order please contact us by email at sales@pureearth.net.nz within 30 days of purchase.

New Zealand Consumer Law
All purchases from this site within New Zealand are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Law which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty – for repair, replacement or refund or credit.
Unfortunately, due to sanitation laws, non-defective pillows can no longer be returned. We accept returns of other products in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns must have original labels and zip lock seals still in place, and must have receipt and proof of purchase. We are happy to exchange or refund these goods with proof of purchase on a case by case basis.
Please note: all shipping, insurance and handling costs for the return and for shipping the replacement item will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Please do not ship item(s) to us for exchange without a written exchange agreement from us. Our products are shipped from different locations and must be returned to the correct place before an exchange item can be shipped and you may incur additional shipping costs and delays.
